TopCashBack - Earn Cashback on quality prodcuts and save Hundreds!
I have been a member of this cash back website for many months now and have so far I have had no problems with it at all.
What is Topcashback.co.uk?
Basically this is a website, like many others that gives you some money back on your online purchases. You simply use the search bar at the top of the page to see if the store you wish to shop through is available and if it is then you just click on the link to take you to the website and continue shopping as normal - easy!
Signing up:
Very easy. You just enter the normal details you do on every other site and away you go. No card details are needed, since the site is completely free.
Range of Websites:
On the home page is the claim of over 2000 retailers which you can receive cash back from. Obviously I have no way of knowing if this is true, but it does have most of the sites I use and the ones it doesn't have are less well known stores.
The stores, which I have used, include:
- Reem Clothing
- GAME
- Play
- M and M Direct
- Burtons
- Other stores available include:
- Argos
- Currys
- Asda
- Tesco
- Homebase
Cash back Available / Tracking:
The cash back you get seems to be around the same as other cash back sites I have looked at. On average you will generally get around 3-6% back on the purchases you make.
The reliability of the site to track your purchase and therefore give you your cash back has been very good for me. Although this is where the aforementioned problem has occurred.
When I used Burton to buy some T-Shirts, I have so far not received the cash back. I have a message under this purchase telling me that 'Burton' have yet to give the cash back, so really this isn't the fault of 'topcashback'.
You can also track the cash back yourself if some kind of problem occurs. I've so far not done this, mainly because I can't be bothered and because the 'Burton' issue is the only slight problem I've had.
Website Layout:
The site is nicely laid out. Green and orange are the main colours present on top of the white background. The site all looks pretty professional.
Navigating around is also very easy. There's the search bar at the top, some offers on the left and on the right is where you can find you account 'Overview' section.
Within you account overview you can see all the purchases you have made via 'topcashback' and the progress of the tracking. The first view showing your earning is very confusing to me, but you can change the view to show your purchases in the order you made them, using a tab
near the top - this view is much better and clearly shows what's happening with your cash back.
Payment:
There are three methods of payments available:
Electronic BACS Transfer- you need £0.01 before you can cash out and need to wait 7 days between each payment request. So far I haven't used this and don't intend to.
Paypal- you need £0.01 before you can cash out and need to wait 14 days between each payment request. This is my chosen method and I have used it 3 timesso far , without fault. It shows up in your Paypal account as pending within a day or two, but you have to wait a few more days before it is cleared.
Cheque- you need £75 before you can cash out and need to wait 60 days between each payment request. Again I haven't used this and
probably never will.
Daily Clicks:
The site also offers daily clicks. These involve clicking through to a website and performing a search. It's around 1p or 2p per search and you can earn around £0.30 a day if you use all the available offers. I've done this a few times and themoney has cleared without a hitch.
Customer Support:
I've so far had no reason to contact them, but there are various means they use for helping.
You can either look at the FAQ pages or you can contact them via the site. You select your problem and are then given a ticket number. I always find this is a much better way to contact support than having to send an email.
Overall:
I would recommend 'topcashback' since it does what it says and gives you cash back. There's no reason not to be part of one of these websites, since you would be buying the stuff anyway. It only takes a few clicks more and you get some £££ which you can just let build up in your account.
